We recently fitted our pure™ Pleated Conservatory Blinds into the roof and windows of a conservatory in Devon. The customers, Mr & Mrs C, were so happy with the entire experience that they sent in some wonderful feedback via our website, going into detail about their experiences with our service and our blinds every step of the way:

We asked the company for a quotation for 4 roof blinds and 16 side blinds, suitable for our conservatory; including its location, and received a visit from Craig. Now that the blinds have been installed; we can say that we are very pleased with the product. They are easy to open and close to the desired position; fit well and provide a nice soft light that suits us when closed. For example, against the sun. So, for my wife and I, a pleasant all-round experience where we were not under any pressure.”
Blinds For A Conservatory
We always do our best to ensure that the entire journey from initial contact to the final installation is as smooth and pressure-free as possible, and that all of our customers are kept informed across every step.
This starts with our website, which includes information not only about the different type of blinds we sell but – as mentioned in the feedback – price guides that give all potential customers a rough idea of how much our blinds cost.
For most of the jobs we take on, the quote will be provided by a member of our sales team, and then passed on to one of our salaried installers for survey and installation. In some cases, such as with this customer, the sales person who quotes for the blinds will also survey and fit the blinds themselves, as they are also a trained conservatory blinds fitter. This means that you will have the same point of contact throughout the entire order, making it a simple and streamlined experience.
