Bifold Door Blinds Custom Made For Your Room

Bifold doors can transform a room by opening it up to a garden or terrace, but they can also cause excess glare, heat or cold in your home. Today the most popular type of back door in the UK is a bifold, so it’s no surprise our customers are looking for ways to manage their shade and temperature issues.

What Makes Our Bifold Door Blinds Different?

Our bifold door blinds can be used with a wide variety of doors from timber, aluminium and UPVC frames to slimline folding doors

BLINDS THAT MOVE WITH THE DOORS

Our unique Pure™ recessed bifold door blinds neatly fit against the glass, allowing the door and blind to move as one unit—no interference when opening and closing.

GREAT FOR ROOM DARKENING

Duette® blinds are ideal for folding doors as they can be recess-fitted into the door frame, significantly reducing heat and light coming into a room. We also have a range of dim-out fabrics for room darkening.

KEEP THE DOORS OPEN AND SHADE YOUR ROOM?
Roller blinds can be fitted above the doors to cover the entire area with just one blind. This gives you the option to keep the door open and the blinds down blocking light from entering the room.
ELECTRIC BLINDS FOR FOLDING DOORS
Our electric blinds for bifold doors are fitted over the doors as free-hanging blinds so they cover both the frame and the glass.

The Bifold Door Blinds Lookbook

Technical query? We answer some popular questions...

We use our own Pureâ„¢ technology to recess fit blinds into each panel of the folding door. This means that you can add shading to each individual panel of the door, without getting in the way of its operation.

With both individual and free-hanging folding door blinds, there is no limit to how many panels we can cover. Wit the individual blinds, we add one blind per panel. Depending on the overall width of the door we may need more than one free-hanging blind to cover the entire area.

Yes, adding the extra insulating layer of bespoke blinds will help stop heat transmission and give you a more comfortable roof throughout the year. A large amount of heat is transmitted through the actual frame of the doors, which is why we recommend a combination of both individual and free-hanging blinds to maximise insulation.
